Stanley, DPT ("we," "us," or "our") (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing our website or enrolling in a program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Our Services are operated by Nancy W. Stanley, DPT, a virtual health coaching business based in Vidalia, Georgia, focused on weight loss, strength training, and wellness coaching for women, delivered online through our website and Kajabi platform.
2. Eligibility
Our Services are intended for adults age 18 and older. By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
3. Not Medical Advice
Nancy W. Stanley is a licensed Physical Therapist and is not a medical doctor. The coaching Services offered through this website are educational and motivational in nature and do not constitute medical advice, physical therapy treatment, diagnosis, or a doctor-patient relationship. Any advice, guidance, or coaching we provide is not meant to replace, override, or substitute for the advice of your personal medical doctor or other licensed healthcare provider. You should consult your physician before beginning any new exercise, nutrition, or wellness program, particularly if you have any pre-existing health conditions. You assume full responsibility for your participation in any exercise or wellness activity undertaken as part of our programs.
4. Programs and Enrollment
Program details, pricing, and enrollment terms will be provided at the time of purchase or sign-up. We reserve the right to modify program content, format, or availability at our discretion.
5. Payment Terms
Payment for coaching programs may be made by check, Venmo, or through Kajabi's payment processing system, as specified at checkout or during enrollment. All fees are due as described at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change program pricing at any time, though changes will not affect programs already purchased.
6. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for eligible coaching programs, subject to the following conditions. To qualify for a refund, within the first 30 days of the program you must:
Complete all assigned program content;
Participate daily in the program's Marco Polo group; and
Complete at least 4 Swerve workouts per week.
If you have met all of the above requirements and have not lost at least 10 pounds, you may request a refund of your program fee. Refund requests must be submitted within the timeframe specified at enrollment, along with any documentation we reasonably request to confirm the above conditions were met. This guarantee applies only to the specific program terms communicated to you at enrollment and does not apply to programs where these conditions are not offered.
7. Email Communications
By providing your email address, you agree to receive emails from us via our email platform, Kajabi, including program content, coaching tips, and promotional offers. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in our emails.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and within our coaching programs — including text, videos, graphics, program materials, and the "Dr. Nancy" name and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.
9. User Conduct
When using our Services, you agree not to:
Share your program access, login credentials, or paid content with others without authorization.
Use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
Attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with our website or Kajabi platform.
Post or transmit harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content in any community or group setting we offer.

Stanley, DPT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to injury, loss of income, or other damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our Services is to stop using them.
